Can an individual be simulated?

I mean, can we develop a computer program that is capable of making the same decision as I would, reasoning the same way I would, and exhibiting the same emotion as I would?

There is no doubt in my mind that this will be partially achieved in the next decade or so.  Of course, care must be taken so that the software should not achieve self-awareness.  Many applications, they can serve as decision support system (you basically will have the same person at many different places at the same time), or as a way to keep the wisdom of someone alive after the actual human passes away.
